St Ann’s/ Colwick loop — 10.5 km Running Route

This flat circular route offers just over 10 km of running around St Ann's and Colwick Country Park. It's mostly paved, with quiet roads, paths and towpaths making up the majority of the surface.

The circuit takes you alongside the River Trent for a good stretch, following the Trent Valley Way and on the Nottingham Canal towpath. You'll also run close to Colwick Park and its lakes, including Old Trout Lake and West Lake, before passing by Colwick Hall. The running is largely flat, making for a consistent pace.
